Introduction to Shiatsu (3 Hours)
This 3 hour workshop will
introduce you to the energy body therapy of
Shiatsu. Learn Shiatsu techniques that are
both relaxing and rejuvenating. Shiatsu
works well with other healing modalities
allowing for deeper healing to occur.
Shiatsu is given on a futon with the receiver
fully clothed. Wear comfortable clothing
including socks.

Shiatsu Level 1
(50 Hours)
Shiatsu helps the
healing process by stimulating and balancing the body's
flow of energy or Ki using thumb or palm pressure along
the meridian channels. Stretching and rocking is
also incorporated into a treatment. Shiatsu is
performed on a futon with the client fully clothed. In this 50 Hour
Course, the student will learn how to apply
shiatsu safely and effectively using various techniques
of applying pressure with fingers, hands, elbows,
knees and feet. You will learn the
basics of Yin Yang Theory, Five Element Theory and the
twelve energy meridians and how to access them.
Wear comfortable clothing including socks.

Reiki Training Level 1

Learn the art of Usui
Reiki in a sacred, loving and healing environment.
Reiki is beautiful in its simplicity and greatly
enhances other body/mind therapies. Because Reiki
works with the energy system (Chakras), it facilitates
healing on a physical, mental emotional and spiritual
level. Discover what Reiki is, how it heals,
the benefits of Reiki and the history of
Reiki. You will learn about the Chakras and the
Subtle Body System and how to care for yourself through
gentle yoga stretching, meditation and self Reiki. Classes
combine lecture, discussion, attunements, meditations
and experiential practice in a well organized and
relaxed program. Wear comfortable clothing.
